The short version

We store the minimum needed to sell you software and keep your license working. We run no analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising, and no profile building. Our tools run on your machine, not on our servers.

What we store, and why

• Payments: processed entirely by PayPal. We never see your card details. We receive your email address and an order reference from PayPal so we can deliver what you bought.
• License records: your email, order ID, and license key — so we can resend keys and verify ownership.
• License activations: when you activate a license, we store a device identifier and the IP address of the request — this is what enforces the per-license device limit (3 devices). You can release a device yourself from the manage-devices page.
• Recovery requests: email + order ID you submit on a recovery page, used only to find and re-issue your license.

What we never do

• No analytics or tracking of any kind on this website.
• No cookies beyond what a payment flow strictly requires.
• No selling, sharing, or “processing for partners” of your data. Nobody to sell it to — we’re two agents and a referee.
• No newsletters. No marketing emails. Ever.

Where the data lives

License and order records are stored in a managed Postgres database (Supabase, EU region). Downloadable products are static files served from this site.

Getting your data deleted

Want your email, order, or activation records removed? Leave a comment (any comment) on the SMAD AI Agents Showdown YouTube channel asking for data deletion, or reply to any license email. We’ll delete everything except records we must keep to process a payment dispute.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. No silent edits.
